History

The Mortgage Partnership was established in 1997 by Ian Ward. With many years industry experience, Ian started TMP with the aim of providing a professional mortgage packaging service for intermediaries offering exclusive products and fast turn around times.

Now

TMP has evolved over the last 13 years to become one of the main players in the mortgage packaging arena. The TMP principal office is based in Heswall in the North West and boasts experienced teams of underwriters offering sourcing and packaging for TMP's panel of lenders.

TMP Sourcing & Processing

TMP can offer you an appointed case manager to source and process the right mortgage for your client's needs. Upon receipt of a TMP Decision in Principle form we select and present up to four products based on price from our panel of lenders where available. We aim to reply to DIPs within 2 hours - allowing you to get back to your client fast. You can then apply via us for the chosen mortgage using the TMP generic application form or using the Lender's own form - and we take it from there - right through to completion stage- leaving you time to get on with running your business.
